Well what if you started on your summer or (insert whatever season do visit in) vacation? Since visitors to Universal can’t always return when it’s convenient to do their holiday shopping, the Christmas Shoppe at Islands of Adventure is open year-round.

This Christmas shop caters to the cheerful and Grinch-minded alike with at least half of the store devoted to “Grinchmas.” Get your Grinchy green stockings, hats, scarves and mittens here so you’re equipped to be the grumpiest party-goer in town this winter.

The walls that aren’t grinched out are covered in ornaments both generic and character-themed. Simpsons fans will get a kick out of the extensive selection of character ornaments from the show. Those who are after the ever-popular “Thing” theme won’t be disappointed either. You’ll find a full line of “Thing” ornaments as well as set of “Thing” stockings for families of up to four.

Ornaments purchased here can be personalized for $3 per word. Personalized artwork starts at $3 as well. Ornaments can be dated free of charge. If you purchase an engravable ornament, the personal engraving is free.

The Christmas Shoppe leads right into the Island Market and DeFoto’s as you head toward the front of the park.
