Attraction Description: Terminator 2: 3D is an innovative theatre show that combines 3D film with live actors and special effects so the action literally jumps out of the screen and takes place all around you.

Before you enter the theater you’ll stand through a 5 minute preshow that sets up the plot line. You’ll meet Kimberly, the head of Cyberdyne PR, who’s there to give you a VIP tour of the facility and demonstrate Cyberdyne’s new technology. However, it’s not long before John and Sarah Conner enter the scene to warn you of the dangers that Cyberdyne poses to humanity. They interrupt the promotional video during the preshow, but Kimberly is determined to continue with the tour, so you head on into the theater. Here you’ll don your 3-D “safety” goggles for the robot demonstration.

Once again the Conners interrupt things, but this time by literally dropping in from the ceiling. From there the action really starts to heat up as the T-1000 emerges from the 3D screen and Kimberly meets an untimely end. Before anyone else is harmed, the Terminator himself makes his grand entrance on a motorcycle to save the day.

If you’re concerned about loud noises, cover your ears when Terminator makes his motorcycle entrance. He has two extremely loud shots with his gun. After the second one, you’re safe to uncover your ears for the rest of the show. There is other gunfire but it’s much more subdued.

The ensuing battle for the remainder of the show involves the Conners and Terminator going in and out through the 3D screen as they defeat the T-1000 and T-1,000,000 and ultimately destroy the central core of Cyberdyne’s Skynet system. Prepare to get sprayed with water, engulfed in smoke and dropped about an inch in your seat. Aside from the drop, which occurs at the end of the action, the seats don’t move. However, you can opt for a non-moving seat.
