You get to travel along through the whole adventure aboard a log as it makes its way through the mill. The colorful, silly scenes are everything you would expect from a Dudley Do-Right short, only this time you’re living it instead of watching it on TV.
Most of the ride is fairly tame as you float along the river and chuckle at the characters’ antics. The most intense part comes as no surprise since you can see the 75-foot drop from all around the ride. This plummets you beneath the dynamite shack in one very steep fall just before you shoot back up to water level. Be prepared to get wet, because it’s impossible to avoid with a drop like that.
There are also points along the ride where other guests can drop a few quarters to shoot at you with water guns, further upping the “totally soaked” factor.
Getting Ready: If you want to keep yourself, along with all the stuff in your pockets, dry, wear a poncho and bring a zip top baggie.
Worth the Wait: On a hot day, an hour is good. Any other day, 30 minutes.
Ride Restrictions: You should not ride this attraction if you:
- are expecting
- have a heart condition or abnormal blood pressure
- have neck, back, or similar physical conditions
- are susceptible to motion sickness
- have a medical condition aggravated by strobe effects
- have a medical condition aggravated by fog effects
- have had recent surgery
Guests in wheelchairs must be able to transfer to ride seating.
