The Captain America Diner, or simply “Diner” as the sign outside proclaims, is a traditional counter service restaurant. You’ll find all your standard burger and chicken dishes with optional bacon for any platter. You can’t get much more American than that. For an additional charge you can get cheese sauce instead of ketchup for your fries, but that may be the only feature that sets this apart from every other chicken-and-burger stop in the park (and even the cheese sauce is available at a few other places).
The interior is comfortably air conditioned with adequate seating. Predictably, giant images of comic book-style Captain America characters are displayed throughout. If you’re a fan, be sure to look upwards to catch all the artwork.
